Pocketknives are Priceless

They can be the sportsmans' most excellent companion. Whether used on a fishing trip or for cutting up that big buck, pocketknives are priceless.

They come in several different shapes and sizes. The smaller knife is better used for hunting needs. The longer thinner pocketknives are good for your fishing uses. Fixed blade or folding pocketknives give you a tool with different handling. Knife handles come in several different materials. Wood, rubber, horn, leather, plastic and several other materials adorn these knives.

Blades come in many different forms. A few of these different blade materials on these pocketknives consist of 154 cm, 420, aus-8, 440, Ats-34, aus-6 and D-2 steel. Some steel will hold an edge longer and some will resist rust and the elements better. Higher carbon steels are better for most purposes. D-2 and ats-34 are superior blade materials. Good tempering is an added plus for determining blade characteristics.

Prices will be higher for horn and other exotic materials used for handles. The better blade metal will be more costly than lesser quality blades. The higher quality blades will hone to a sharper edge. Blades with higher Rockwell hardness will typically stay sharper longer. A Rockwell hardness of 58-60 is considered good and serviceable. Blades come today in many different forms. Ceramic blades are very sharp and normally are so hard they have to be sent back to the manufacturers to be sharpened. The lone drawback is that they are very brittle and break more easily than average blades. Titanium and powdered titanium used in blade materials are very serviceable and make good blades. Buffalo bone handles look super on Obsidian blades.

Some pocketknives that are sold are deliberate copies of period pocketknives. Bowie pocketknives come in a lot of special patterns and lengths. They come with matching handles that portray certain eras in olden times. Many pocketknives like the Case products are considered collectable. They come in a range of handle material and blade designs. Knife collectors are abundant and keep the knife companies extremely busy. There are historic pocketknives made for re-enactors and collectors. Contemporary pocket knives are being fashioned that reflect those used by the early Native American and the mountain man.

The sheaths that go with these pocketknives are made from lots of unusual materials. Leather, kryton and other materials are used to cover and protect these pocket knives. Many are decorated with materials of choice. Some have snap closures and others have good receptacles for their fixed blade counterparts. Some sheaths are adorned with beads and some are decked out with leather lacing.

Get the knife that fits you and fits the planned use that you want of it. If you would like to carry a individual knife, a small folding knife is best. Folders are also made for heavy work on deer and other game animals.

Sets of pocket knives are sold for the serious sportsman that will handle every duty from gutting and skinning down to steak preparation.

Typically the larger pocketknives are made of softer metals. Large knifes used instead of an axe for cutting are normally made of this variety. Some knife makers claim that their pocketknives will plow through two elk. Some pocketknives are manufactured to be satisfying to the eye but will not hold up well under heavy use. Fixed blade pocketknives can take a lot of misuse and do not have need of a locking devise to make them stable and safe. Keep your pocketknives sharpened.

A sharp knife will be much safer and it will do its future job much quicker and easier. Be safe and enjoy the wide range of knives on hand to you. You have so much to pick from.

The Simpsons (Season 1) DVD Review

Starting with the very first episode (airing December 17, 1989), The Simpsons (Season 1) DVD is packed with some of the best episodes in the show's history. All of these early episodes exhibit a bit of amateurish (by later Simpson standards) animation, seeing as how the popularity of the show had yet to land it the massive budgets of subsequent years. However, this does not take away from the shows acerbic wit which is present and in full swing throughout all thirteen of the original episodes.

A few details do stand out. Homers voice is slightly different, and he isnt as stupid as his character is later portrayed to be. But all the other Simpson family members are firmly established from the get-go. These initial episodes witness the appearance of such beloved supporting characters as Krusty the Clown, Ned Flanders, Itchy & Scratchy (although theyre just cartoons!), Monty Burns & sidekick Wayland Smithers, Patty & Selma, Martin Prince, Grandpa Simpson, Reverend Lovejoy, and a host of other highly regarded inhabitants of Springfield who have climbed their way into the hearts of America since the shows debut.

As the longest running animated show in history, and the longest running prime-time show of any type, The Simpsons is an American treasure a combination of humor, wit, and satire that examines not just the lives of its eccentric characters, but also the society, culture, and world in which we live. Fun for adults and children alike, The Simpsons is a cutting edge television comedy that, like Seinfeld, altered the television landscape in the 1990s by dictating a new genre of TV fun that spawned network investment in new animated series such as King of the Hill, Futurama, and The Family Guy.

Like all new things which smash the paradigm of life, The Simpsons is unrivaled by its knockoffs, and the show doesnt show signs of slowing down. If you havent yet visited Springfield, then I definitely recommend you pick up The Simpsons (Season 1) DVD to catch a glimpse for yourself. You have no idea what youve been missing

The Simpsons DVD offers a number of hilarious episodes including the series premiere Simpsons Roasting On An Open Fire in which Homers attempt to work a second job in order to buy the family a great Christmas ends in utter failure. Desperate, he and Bart drive to a local dog-racing track where they place everything they have on a dog named Santas Little Helper. The dog is an utter failure, but the Simpson Christmas is salvaged when the family receives a special gift Other notable episodes include Bart The Genius in which Bart switches his I.Q. test with that of Martin Prince, the class brain. As a result, he ends up being placed in an advanced school where hes overwhelmed by expectations. And Krusty Gets Busted in which Barts hero, Krusty the Clown, is videotaped robbing the Kwik-E-Mart, prompting everyone but Bart to turn against him

Below is a list of episodes included on The Simpsons (Season 1) DVD:

Episode 1 (Simpsons Roasting On An Open Fire) Air Date: 12-17-1989
Episode 2 (Bart The Genius) Air Date: 01-14-1990

Your Success Wealth 12 Step Program!

To Build Your Business You MUST Have Great Resources, Content, and Products! If You Are Promoting Affiliate Programs, Reseller ProductsYou Must Have These Essential Items In Order To Succeed!

Laurie Brandt
Subject: Do YOU Have What YOU NEED?

Hi, my name is Laurie Brandt. I have been around doing everything from Web Design, Hosting, Affiliate programs, Marketing programs, reading tons of books since 1999 and I am seeing the whys we all question and addressing them. You see all of these Marketing programs springing up everywhere like banks and for the owner of the program it is a BANK! It makes them rich if they are good, well known and did this right!

Will our buying all these Marketing programs make us Rich? We already know the answer to thatof course not! Will some Marketing programs help you make money, YES! But not give you the Bank. No one, not even me will tell you all their treasured secrets, I will admit I will tell you most cause I am like you and want to succeed. Plus I am NOT Greedy, nor are all Marketers, some are really cool! But some are about self and filling up their Bank and taking our money.

How do we succeed? I Have investigated a few programs that I believe in and in time think they will prevail the amounts of money I desireRome was not built in a Day and in all honesty these Marketing programs took a lot of cash to put together, along with trial and error, to get it to work for them.

If I were rich I would give 1000 people or more a FREE top notch program for FREE! I am not so thats not going to happen today. But what can we do today to get our foot in the Bank Door? Some of these Programs run well into the thousands, some charge a monthly fee (more my speed), some will give you payment optionsbut still that BIG question looms, can we afford it? For most of us we cantso what do we do? And these are the Good Guy Marketers I am referring too.

Well I attended a Teleseminar Call the other night and got some real useful info, was it free, no, nothing out here is free. Whoever said they made X amount without spending a dime, is a Liar! (Unless when the Net Opened up Commercially over 10 years ago, they might have and I even question that too.)

But a few basics I want to share that will help start putting some money in your pocketswe all MUST start somewhere. I am a member of a Marketing program (and an Excellent One, Made an excellent commission check and only joined a month ago) that I believe in time will put a good amount of money in my pocket, and in time maybe the knowledge to create my own Marketing program and have my own Bank. What can we do in the meantime?

Use Affiliate Programs, Be Careful Which ones you Choose. It is an excellent place to begin and I have made money using them and will gladly pass them onto you at the end of this report.

Read Think and Grow Rich By Napoleon Hill and Rich Dad, Poor Dad By Robert Kiyosaki, you can find them in Google and Think and Grow Rich can found Free. I will also add that to the end of this Report. Rich Dad, Poor Dad I have not been able to locate for free but Amazon has Used copies that are like fairly cheap. Ill Get Some Pricing Ideas for you!

Pick out a Handful Of Affiliate Marketing Programs (Investigate, Read forums) to Create Multiple Streams of Income! I have put together a list that I know to be trustworthy and will make you money (see bottom of Report). Please keep in mind at all times, no action results in no actionmeaning if you do not Promote and work the Program you will gain absolutely nothing. All these pay a fee and make a Fortune is a Rip-off, the only person making a Fortune is the one you gave your money too. And again, if you do pay for a good program and do NOTHING, you get just that, NOTHING!

Build an Opt-List (Not Easy) but a Must to have, use a Landing/Capture page with your Autoresponder on it. I have some ideas you can use but remember this is not an easy task...people will actually say NO to good useful information. You have to try different things, get known and become Trustworthy. I will give you some Bonus materials to use in your efforts to build your Opt-in list and then you must be patient and study the ways of others that will share what worked for them. CREATE A Page similar to this and promote it on the Net once you have gotten a good feel of what you need to do and have seen solid results from your efforts. Never lie, just destroys your credibility and then NO ONE will want your Products, programs, etc.

Use a few Good Safelist (Again Investigate, Free ones will NOT get much attention) Promote your programs through them. Build a Solid Downline, this is a form of Opt in list also. I will give you a list of some that I have good results to fair results withbut still remember to investigate and look for some that may work for you. I do not have every answer; if I did I would be RICH by now!

Join some Networking Programs and share with others and learn, soak up all the good info you can get your hands on. I have a few that are very good and responsiveone that makes me good money! I WILL DISCLOSE A LIST OF WHAT HAS WORKED FOR ME AT BOTTOM OF THIS PAGE!

Then if you want to try your hand at Marketing, get a Product you believe in and promote it along with your Affiliate Programs! I have a few ideas for you here too and will give you this infoare the products free? Some, the good ones are not free, I sell them cheaper than anyone else and will also give you Free Memberships to some Great sites that also have great resources that you can make money with. You are under no obligation to buy anything from me. These are just what has worked for me

Then Promote, promote, and promote! Attend Teleseminars, live ones when you can so you can ask questions, not everyone gives you that opportunity but most do. Grab some Offline text books on Marketing, Affiliate marketing, you can get tons of Great Books at Amazon that says used but I have purchased many and they look new to me when I get them.

Read Materials on Copywritingif you hate to write there are software programs that will do it for you or you can go to elance.com or some other agency and get a lot of stuff done cheap. Shop around. I am going to give you a just about everything you need to get started. But Rule #1: You MUST Promote, You must do your part, or nothing happens! Rule #2: see Rule #1! This is serious. This whole thing is serious, and if you are serious and dedicated, determined, nothing will get in your way.

The links I provide, please usethey are useful, beneficial and of GREAT value. I am giving you 2 free Memberships, which 1 is worth $26 monthly. There is even free hosting there, E-Books, Software, sooo many resources. So please do not take this lightly, I want you to succeed and am giving this to you for FREE! There is probably at least a grand in the free stuff and resources.

Teamwork and the POWER OF KNOWLEDGE AND NUMBERS! It works and its worth it, getting my 1st commission check from that program I just joined a month ago was too coolthey pay and any program I ever offer doesI will never at anytime offer you junk!

If you sit still and do nothing, nothing will happen, thats a PROMISE! I actually know Affiliate Marketers that make over 100k Yearly! Money can be made many ways on the netbut keep it cleandont email people with RE: in the subject line, good way to lose trust in that person who is trying to sell you something. Be honestI know I said I would not give out all my secrets, well I just didI am not making 6 figures, I am disabled and some days I just cant do anythingbut I keep it honest and clean and will gladly refund money to an unhappy customer.

My list is still small but responsive, I believe in giving away good stuff that will help and benefit. I have 10 out of 10 at a networking program I use, but I still have a long ways to go. The keyDO NOT GIVE UP! You will hit slumps but it always gets better. During these slumps or slow periods take that time and read, learn, listen to CDs, Audio/Video files that pertain to the subject matter. Never waste time, your goal is to become Automated but never Isolatedmake sure your members can always contact you. Your Autoresponder can do a lot but it cant answer every question customers, members, potential customers may need answers or help with, so please make yourself available.

Try and test different thingsI myself still have not found my Niche of choice but believe I will in the next few monthsyou will too. Just always, keep it clean, honest, and never be cheap. Your list will hang around longer if you treat them good, dont email them to death and if you give gifts, give beneficial ones, they will appreciate you for that.

Share with them your experiences; ask them to share theirs on your Blog, Site, or Forum. I want us all to succeed and if I find the key, I promise to share. If anyone would like to reach me my contact info is under my signature. Thanks for your time and I hope I was able to help someone today!

Learn and Master the Guitar at Home

As a guitarist, I'm often asked this question - "What is the best way to improve my guitar playing given my limited time and budget?"

In this article, I'll explore how you can use a Guitar Learning Method on the the Internet to learn and master the guitar in the comfort of your own home. Compared to a personal tutor, learning the guitar online is a much more flexible and cost effective route.

You can take the lessons at your own pace and work it around your schedule, plus its far more affordable than a private guitar tutor.

So, what do you need to get started? Contrary to popular belief, you only need a few basic things to get started. Don't be caught up with all the hype around equipment, gadgets and learning aids.

First of all, you'll need a guitar. Bet you already knew that, but you don't have to wait for that perfect guitar to start, a basic acoustic guitar with fresh strings will do. Secondly, you'll need a PC with a decent set of speakers. Third, a private place to practice and learn is an added bonus. Finally, the most important thing you'll need is a whole lot of determination and tenacity. Guitar learning can be frustrating and you really need to keep at it to see results.

Now that you've got all that sorted out, get online and start learning! A good guitar training program should have step by step instructions with videos. You'll learn how to read notes and tab, form chords and recognize chord progressions by ear. Some programs will even provide you with custom software to help you develop a musical ear.

You'll be surprised at how much these excellent online music lessons will cost. Its a lot more affordable then you. Once you purchase it, it'll always be online for you to login and learn.

Be prepared to develop callous on your fingers and some pain on your wrists when you start. Some programs will also provide finger training exercises to help you strengthen your fingers (and you'll grow stronger skin on your fingers to compensate the callous).

The secret to learning the guitar successfully is persistence and practice. Don't rush the program and only move to the next lesson after you've mastered one. Many people give up when they don't seem to get anywhere in their playing, but remember that everyone needs to learn to crawl, then walk, then run! Get down your basics well and work on foundations like playing chords, developing a good sense of rhythm, the correct fingering techniques (bad habits will be hard to break later on), proper posture and handling of your guitar so you can enjoy playing long hours without hurting yourself.

I hope that this article will be useful to you on your musical journey. Remember to keep practicing and don't give up. If you read biographies of any great guitar players, you'll see a similar pattern: dedication to their craft and practice!

Al Tan tries to be a guitarist when he's not building websites. One of the best resource to learn guitar online that he's come across which has step-by-step guitar lessons on video is http://www.LearnMusicFrom.Us/Guitar. For acoustic guitar, try http://www.LearnMusicFrom.Us/AcousticGuitar.

Top 10 Things To Watch For When Replicating Your CD or DVD

You hear about it all the time. You are throwing your first ever CD release party, at which you’re planning on selling the first available copies of your debut album. You’ve worked for years for this night – your dream is finally coming true. Everything is all set: the venue is booked, the invites have been sent, the dj is ready to go, and the drinks and dcor are all exactly how you imagined.

But there’s one problem. Your replicator hasn’t delivered on time, and you’ve just been told that your CD’s won’t arrive until the day after the party.

Believe it or not, this happens more often than you might think! Here are the top ten surefire ways to avoid this and other similar nightmares:

1) Provide the replicator with clean artwork. All replicators’ turn times depend on receiving flawless files. If you have any questions, don’t be afraid to call on customer support for help;

2) Plan ahead of time. Plan for your delivery date to be at least a week before your absolute deadline; this gives you and the replicator enough time to make sure everything goes smoothly;

3) Dealing directly with the manufacturer can reduce the lag time (and often also the price!), versus dealing with a broker;

4) Choose a replicator who is accessible. Are they always there when you need them? Can you trust your project in their hands? Do they care about your project?

5) Test and re-test your master for errors. There’s nothing more time-consuming and frustrating than sending a replicator a faulty master. Always supply a back-up disc;

6) Make sure you own the rights to the content. Replicators are legally obligated to ensure that you are the rightful owner of what’s being replicated;

7) Know exactly what it is that you are paying for before you choose your supplier. Understand the costs and the jargon behind your quotation;

8) Choose a replicator that has a team in place to deal with problems and frustrations as they occur;

9) Choose a replication partner who has interest in growing with you as you grow;

10) Is there a hidden agenda? Is the sales rep more interested in his or her quota than working as your partner?

Choosing the right replicator can make all the difference. Choose smart and let the journey to your success be a whole lot easier!

What Are Architectural Landscape Photos?

There aren't many but some of us take an interest in architectural landscape photos. With a view to giving some insight on this subject I have created this article to give a basic understanding and supply some facts about its origins. Some of us become interested in architectural landscape photos later in life, it doesn't matter when you take an interest but when you do you'll be hooked.

If taking architectural landscape photos is one of your hobbies, it might be interesting for you to read a brief history of architectural photography. Commercial portraiture was the main area of interest in the early years of photography. The ones who made architectural landscape photos were generally travelers, for different business reasons, not only especially for photography. At that time (the middle of the 19th century), photographers usually worked from a convenient window rather than at street level, as they do now.

WHF Talbot, one of the first photographers, used to take architectural landscape photos from his hotel window, in the cities he visited. Roger Fenton, the first war photographer was the first one to take fine architectural studies, using calotypes, both in Britain, his home country, and in Russia (in Kiev, Moscow and St. Petersburg). He learnt the waxed paper calotype process from Gustave Le Grey, its inventor, in his journeys to Paris.

Francis Frith was the first one to make the Middle East familiar to the civilized world, by the architectural landscape photos he took in his journeys. He beard with him very large cameras and used the collodion process, as he had to work in hot and dusty conditions.

Samuel Bourne is another British photographer that became famous for his work in India.

Most of the early architectural landscape photos give the subjects the impression of import and grandeur. The lenses needed for architecture were quite different from the ones used in portraiture. They had to give sharpness and linear drawing, but there was no need for high speed, as buildings sit still.

In the late 19th century, photographers were advised to keep the camera back vertical and to photograph buildings from the normal eye level, instead of using elevated viewpoints, in order to suggest the normal impression of height. The frontage and a side of the building had to be both included in the architectural landscape photo. Camera movements were also considered essential, and the most important movement was the rising front.

Frederick H. Evans is regarded as the finest architectural photographer of his era. He is famous for his images of the exteriors and interiors of English and French medieval cathedrals. He adopted the platinotype technique, which best suited his subject matter. His ideal regarding architectural landscape photos was the perfect photographic representation, unretouched and not modified at all.

The city growth at the end of the 19th century lead to the development of commercial architectural landscape photography. The most important companies that took advantage on this new opportunity, in New York, were the Byron Company and the company founded by Norman and Lionel Wurts.

In the beginning of the 20th century, the modern movement brought new standards, both in architecture and photography. Some of the new modernist photographers in 1920s were Berenice Abbott in New York, Ilse Bing in Frankfurt and Margaret Bourke-White, best known as a photojournalist. One of the best-regarded companies that made architectural landscape photos was Hedrich-Blessing. It was founded in Chicago in 1929 by Ken Hedrich and Henry Blessing. Today, Jim Hedrich, Kens son still runs the firm. The founders well-known quote Dont make photographs, think them. suggests that their photos had something to say about the building, not only record an image of it.

Although he was an architect by profession, Ezra Stoller established himself as a leading architectural photographer. Some of his most important works are the architectural landscape photos of Le Corbusiers Chapel Notre-Dame-du-Haut at Ronchamp. The key elements in Stollers work are light and space. Esto, the company founded by Stoller still makes some of the best work in the field.

Julius Shulman took a revolutionary approach upon modernism, turning the modernist principle upside down. He was the first one to introduce people in the frame of the camera. He did not want to show abstract images of wall details or empty rooms. In his architectural landscape photos, he humanized the houses designed by architects such as Richard Neutra, Pierre Koenig or Rudolf Schindler. Shulman is best known for his photograph Case Study House #22, Los Angeles, 1960. Pierre Koenig, Architect. The end of modernism also represented the end of Shulmans career, as his ideas of composition, the sensitive images and his ways of working were deeply modernistic.

Some of the most important contemporary architectural photographs are Gerald Zugmann, Mark Citret and Richard Margolis. You can take a look at their architectural landscape photos on their web sites.

The Secret 4-Step Guide: Make Money Online Without A Website

It is a common misconception that you must have a website in order to truly make money on the internet. Don't worry, it's not your fault - the "gurus" have tricked you into thinking that a website is required to make money, all while they laugh to the bank when you purchase web hosting and a domain through their affiliate links. It's time to seperate yourself from the crowd and realize that you're being deceived.

If you want to establish yourself online, blogging is the way to do it. And, it's absolutely free. You can make $20, $50 or $100 every single day using a simple, free blog that takes less than half an hour to set up. But how do you make your money? It's a simple formula:

1.) Create your free blog and start posting about a topic you love. Baseball? Weight lifting? Hypnosis? Gardening? Virtually anything will do.

2.) Go to Clickbank.com and click "marketplace". Find a product related to your topic (they have a very large variety of products for any audience) and create a free affiliate account with them.

3.) Add your affilate links to your blog and promote the product you chose. Talk about it's qualities, review it, how much it's helped you, and so on. People eat up stories.

4.) Get traffic to your blog by posting articles to article directories with a link back to your blog.

That's it - that's all you do to make money online. I can personally guarantee you that if you post to your blog everyday for the next 60 days and write one article to submit to a few article directories per week, you'll be making a bare minimum $20 per day with hardly effort. $20 per day for 10 to 15 minutes of work is a great trade-off, wouldn't you say?

The best part about this process is that you can repeat it, over and over. Imagine if you had 10 blogs and made the bare minimum of $20 per day with each blog. That means you'd be getting more than $200 per day, for about 2 1/2 hours of work. Compare that to a job - 8+ hours a day, for a measly couple thousand bucks every couple of weeks. It's bull.

It's time for you to make a decision. Are you going to sit around and continue to ponder how to make money online, or are you finally going to bite the bullet and going to get started? The choice is yours...

How To Make Money Using The Internet ... Research, research, research

A lot of people teach those new to the Internet marketing arena that the best way to launch your career is to promote something that you are interested, be it your job of work, hobby or even a special talent.

This will get you off to a good start, they insist.

Actually, they are quite wrong and this is why so many, would be, Internet marketers fail within just a few months or even weeks.

You see, the thing is, although YOU may be interested in your chosen subject, it's simply no good building a super web site and promoting it for all you're worth if people don't buy what you're selling.

You can't earn a living running a web site that doesn't sell.

If you'd like to build a web site about your hobby, that's fair enough but if you'd like to earn money from sales with it, you'll need to use a different strategy.

The trick is to find out what people are buying and then start selling that. You may not like the product or service but, after it makes you large stacks of cash each day, you'll soon learn to live with it, I'm sure.

In order to find out what is popular at the moment, you'll need to do a little research. Firstly, visit ClickBank (www.clickbank.com) and see what's going on there.

ClickBank is an Internet service where people selling information and software over the Internet allow others to promote their business for a piece of the action. So, for example, if I am selling a home business course on 'How to produce your own eBook' I can let other people sell it from their web sites or wherever and they get to have say 50% of the takings.

If the price is 100 they get 50 and I get the other 50. It's just a way of shifting your product. Eventually, scores of people are selling your stuff all over the Internet.

ClickBank have tens of thousands of these so called 'Affiliate' schemes and anyone can join for free and start selling other people's wares while keeping some of the profit.

ClickBank allow you to view what is selling the best at the current time. It's THIS list that will guide you to know just what you should be making available from your own web site. After all, if the whole world are buying this type of product then why shouldn't they buy from you to?

More research is needed, however. You'll need to know more about what's going on before committing yourself to a web site that is going to work for you 24/7.

Firstly, how do you find out the top 10 selling information products? This is when you visit ClickBank and see. Choose one of the top 10, affiliate to it and build a web site to promote it. Some affiliate schemes make the web site for you whereby you just enter your details and affiliate number then upload it to your web space.

At the time of writing I was able to look at the popular listings: Business to business, Education, Publishing, New products, Promotion, Web design, Industrial, Reports, Home and family, Marketing, Money and employment, Computing and Internet, Fun and entertainment, Sports and recreation, society and culture and so on.

By clicking on any category ClickBank will list separate sub categories where they are listed in order of popularity and sales. Simply pick the one that suits you and start promoting. It is free to join and you can earn plenty.

Once you are up and running you'll need to promote your site to those that search for your subject. This is where 'keywords' come in to play.

You'll need to find which words people are typing into the search engines when they are looking for something. If you are selling publications on 'Ice cream' for example, you'll find that simply setting up Ice and Cream as keywords won't enable people to find your site over anybody else's who are also promoting the same thing as you.

To get people to your site you'll need to use Google's AdWords. By opening an account with Google AdWords you'll be able to insert your listing automatically on the customers search results page. There is a charge for this but it is based on how much you want to Pay Per Click. See www.google.com and click on 'Advertising Programmes' to visit the 'how to' pages.

To find out what people are typing into the search engines to find your product visit: www.overture.com and it will give the top keywords to use in Google AdWords.

Once in your account in Google, you simply bid on the words you want in your promotion. Careful selection will bring up your web site advertising high on the results page so that the customer will visit your site and buy your product.

You also need to join Google's AdSense programme whereby you have other people's advertising on your site. This way, all ads will be on the same subject as yours and you will be paid each time somebody clicks through on your page. So you earn money per click and also money for selling your affiliated product. Watch your account grow.

By researching the keywords used on a regular basis you can stay at the top of the results page list on the Google search engine site.

There are marketers earning thousands of pounds each week using this method. Once all is up and running you can start on your next web site with another top 10 affiliate programme.

Full details are on the ClickBank web site, the Google web site and, of course, Overture.com

This is yet another way to actually earn money by using the Internet.
